Ian specialises in Company Secretarial, Compliance and Financial Management and brings more than 40 years of Property Investment Management experience to Sierra Leyton. He is responsible for our compliance as well as the day to day management of Sierra Leyton and communication with the Trustee. Prior to joining Sierra Leyton Ian was General Manager at Griffin Capital where he managed the company’s compliance and regulatory responsibilities associated with its AFSL for the $300 million of property assets Griffin managed on behalf of third parties.
For over 30 years Ian was a Company Secretary and Finance Manager at Schroders Australia and subsequently AMP Capital where he managed compliance for $2.5 billion in funds. Prior to joining Schroders Ian worked in the mining industry as Company Secretary for Mount Morgan Limited. Ian was a Responsible Officer for Griffin Capital, an Associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries, and a retired Certified Practicing Accountant.
