Director and Co-founder
David has over 25 years experience in the property and investment management industry in Australia and internationally. In 2003 he founded Griffin Capital which provided specialist property advice to wholesale groups and managed a property portfolio of over $300 million. Previously he was a Portfolio Manager with AMP Capital, where he managed $900 million of property portfolios for domestic and international groups.
Prior to joining AMP, David worked with Colliers International in Australia, Singapore, and India where he specialised in property investment for private, corporate, and pension fund groups. He is an Associate member as well as a Certified Fund Manager and a Certified Property Practitioner of the Australia Property Institute and a Responsible Manager under Sierra Leyton’s Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Resource Management (Valuation) from the University of South Australia and is a graduate of the University of Western Australia (MBA, Finance).
