Damien has almost 30 years national and international property experience. Since 1991 he has been providing strategic and tactical advice to Australian and multi-national corporations in the areas of property portfolio management, investment, acquisitions, accommodation strategies, and outsourcing including Southcorp, Tabcorp, Star City Casino and Goodman Fielder. He also provides broader corporate commercial, retail and industrial development advice. Damien’s extensive interstate and overseas experience has given him a truly national perspective across all markets and sectors. In 2005 Damien returned to South Australia and building upon his extensive contacts within industry and across the corporate spectrum established Dequetteville Pty Ltd, a development investment and advisory business.
Currently Damien is a Director of Eldercare, and Chairman of their Board Property Sub Committee, Member of the State Government of Development Assessment Commission, former member of Port Adelaide Waterfront Committee, former Director and subsequent Independent Director of Urbis (Australia’s leading town planning economic advisory and property consultants). Damien is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and maintains an active role managing and directing a number of family investments and agricultural enterprises throughout Australia
